Presentation recommendations

Oral presentations

Authors should prepare the presentation using Power-point 2010/13 or previous versions or other compatible software. Organization is not responsible for problems caused due to incompatible software.

The ppt files should be delivered to the symposium secretariat the day before if the presentation is during the morning or in case of afternoon during the morning before.

There will be a time limit of 20 min for each oral presentation (15 min presentation + 5 min discussion).

Poster presentations

a) Poster dimensions should comply with DIN A0 format (840 x 1190 mm), or similar.

b) In the upper part must be placed the Symposium logo, the title of the communication, author’s names and affiliation.

c) All text and characters should have a size that allows reading from a distance not higher than 2 meters.

d) The Organizing Committee will provide placards to display the posters, according to the dimensions mentioned above.
