Registration

Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, city tour, lunches and coffee-breaks. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received. In order to be more efficient please submit the certificate of the payment to the Congress Registration Desk.

Pre and Post-symposium touristic tours:

Cancellation policy and replacements (Name Changes)

Cancellations are only considered if the symposium secretariat is notified in writing. Please take in consideration the following rules:

 All refunds will be made after the symposium GreenSys2015.

 Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;
- For cancellation received by May 15, 2015: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fee of €50 will be charged.
- For cancellation received from May 16 and June 30, 2015: 50% of full registration fee will be refunded.
- For cancellation received after July 1, 2015: No refund will be provided.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to May 30 2015 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing.

If you do not attend the symposium without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

Symposium badges

Participants are kindly requested to wear the Symposium Badge at all times for identification and for security reasons. Congress badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.
